What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, Saturdays & Sundays from 9am-1pm (Sundays  

How do I place an order?

You can submit a quote on our website and a customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm if you would like to make it a reservation. Submitted quotes are not a reservation until a  representative contacts you to make further arrangements. You can also call us at (619) 279-7866 or email us.


Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum order if you come and pick up the items.  If you need your items delivered, a minimum of $75 is required not including delivery fee. However, if you have no way to pick up the items, we will deliver and delivery rates will apply.  There will be no free delivery for participating areas if minimum order is not met.

What is needed to place an order?

We will need to have the delivery and pick up address, home or buisness phone number, and an onsite contact person with a cell number if possible.  We will need the date of the event for delivery and pick up.  We will also need a current credit card number along with the expiration date and the CVV code. We will also need the card holder's name and the correct billing address for the credit card.  You are welcome to place a quote, however, the rental equipment will not be guaranteed unless a deposit is established or the invoice is paid in full.

Can I make changes to my order once the order is placed?

Yes you can (except specialty items).  However, we ask clients to finalize the order a week prior the event.  Changes will be subject to items availability and changes in quantity. 

Specialty items include specialty linens, chair covers and items that Gogofieta Party Rentals requires to manufacture or purchase equipment.  Specialty items are non-refundable once they have been ordered by Gogofiesta or manufacturing of such item has began.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.  Sorry no personal checks. Full payments must be received two weeks prior the event.  If you place the reservation more than one month ahead, a 50% deposit is needed.  An additional deposit may be required when paying by cash.  (The deposit is based on the total amount of the order placed).


For how long do you rent your equipment?

We rent the equipment for the "day of the event." For instance, if your event is on Saturday, we will come and pick up the equipment until Monday from 9am-5pm.  You will have an extra day of use at no cost.  Any will call items returned after a regular 48 hour period will be assessed a 25% late fee of the total order.

Who is responsible for damaged or missing items?

The customer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until it has been returned to Gogofiesta.  The customer is also responsible for damaged or missing items and verify an accurate count of rental items received and returned.

Liability and Use of Our Equipment (Stated in the rental contract)

Gogogfiesta Party Rentals is not responsible for any accidents and/or injuries caused directly or indreclty by the use of the rented items.  The agreement applies upon acceptance of the rental items, whether the it is signed or unsigned by the client.


Do you offer delivery? What's the cost?

Yes we deliver anywhere in the greater San Diego area. We offer free delivery in participating areas. We strive to keep our delivery and pick up fees as low as possible to make it affordable for the customer.
If you are outside of the participating areas, we charge by your zip code area to cover fuel.  Call (619) 279-7866 for a quote!


What are your hours of delivery?

Normal delivery hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday,  Saturday & Sunday from 8am-1pm (pick up only). Specific time deliveries and after hours deliveries are available for an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy? - (Stated in the rental contract)

All customers will provide a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in order for Gogofiesta Party Rentals to reserve the equipment.

A)    Customers who cancel their order at any time after a deposit is provided will loose their deposit regardless of the circumstances for cancellation.

Adjustment to orders must be made 7 days prior the event (except for specialty items).  Specialty linens and items that Gogofiesta manufactures sub-rent or purchase equipment.  Specialty items are non-refundable once they have been ordered or manufactured

Orders cancelled the day of, or at time of delivery are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.  Special order items or services are subject to a 100% cancellation fee once the order has been placed.  All orders placed two weeks prior the event will receive  a confirmation call.  It's the customer's responsability to nofity of any additions or cancellations of the rental equipment prior the day of delivery or will call.
